Le laboratoire
SEDIAG dispose
d'un laboratoire d'analyses performant, doté d'un personnel
compétent,
capable de réaliser vos tests phytosanitaires de
manière fiable et
rapide par méthodes immuno-enzymatique (ELISA).
Conscient de l'importance de fournir à nos clients une prestation de qualité et de faire reconnaître nos compétences au niveau international, notre laboratoire s'est engagé dans une démarche visant à être en conformité avec la norme ISO 17025.
Le 1er Mai 2010, notre laboratoire a obtenu une accréditation COFRAC, section Essais (accréditation N° 1-2228, portée disponible sur www.cofrac.fr) sur le programme 163 "Essais et Analyses en virologie végétale - Détection de virus, viroïdes et phytoplasmes pathogènes de végétaux".
Notre plateforme Mycotoxines,
mise en place avec l'aide du pôle de
compétitivité Vitagora
Goût Nutrition Santé, et notre
expérience dans la détection des Pathogènes
de la Vigne, fait de
notre laboratoire un leader dans le domaine sur la
région Bourgogne.
Nous
pouvons également rechercher d'autres
phytopathogènes grâce à notre
propre gamme d'anticorps (catalogue SEDIAG). Dans ce cas, merci de
nous contacter, chaque test ayant sa spécificité
et son champ
d'application.

The aim of SEDIAG is to provide rapid and reliable phytosanitary tests. SEDIAG helps you to obtain rapid results whether you need a systematic testing program, a quarantine detection pathogen program or if you want only a few plants to be tested. SEDIAG will undertake detection tests on either a few plants or on several hundred plants.
Prices vary depending on the pathogen and can be obtained on request from info@sediag.com.
ELISA analysis is carried out using antibodies developed by SEDIAG and are the same as those used routinely and sold for diagnostic purposes.
How to send us your samples :
It is necessary to send us your samples in Zip-Loc® or similary bags. If you send several samples, it is necessary to label each of them with a number or a name that will be used when the results are sent back.
It is recommended to collect plant samples showing symptoms. Five leaves can be pooled. For more information, please contact : info@sediag.com. Samples should not be frozen.
Your samples should be sent to us as soon as possible after collection, preferably at the beginning of a week, using carriers such as DHL, Fed Ex, etc…
