Dr. Seddas possède 15 ans d'expérience en immunotechnologie et diagnostic, et est le Directeur R&D de la Société. Il maîtrise parfaitement la technologie des hybridomes et est habilité à expérimenter sur animaux vivants. Il a réussi à obtenir des anticorps monoclonaux contre les principaux agents pathogènes de la vigne ; comme le souligne la liste de ses principales publications scientifiques.
Monsieur Seddas a été Lauréat des 2ième et 3ième Concours National d'aide à la création d'entreprises de technologies innovantes, en catégorie émergence (2000) puis création et développement (2001), organisé par le Ministère de la Recherche et de la Technologie.

Dr. Van Regenmortel a été Directeur de Recherche du Laboratoire d'Immunochimie du CNRS de Strasbourg. Président du Comité International de Taxonomie des Virus (ICTV) durant 6 ans (1996-2002). Il est auteur et éditeur de 14 ouvrages en Virologie et Immunochimie et il a publié plus de 350 articles et revues scientifiques. Il est Editeur-en-Chef de plusieurs journaux scientifiques tels que Archives of Virology, Molecular Recognition, et Editeur du journal Analytical Biochemistry.

Pour la société SEDIAG, il est membre des conseils d'administration et scientifique et apporte ses conseils d'expert en Diagnostic et Virologie Végétale.

Dr. Seddas has a 15 years experience in immunotechnology and diagnostics, and is R & D Director of the Company. He possesses considerable expertise in hybridoma technology and has the required permit for animal experimentation. He has produced monoclonal antibodies against the most grapevine viruses and FD-phytoplasma (see bibliography).
Dr. Sam SEDDAS has won the French National Awards for the creation of start-up companies, awarded by the French Ministry of Research and Technology.

Scientific adviser

A former Director of a CNRS Immunochemistry Laboratory in Strasbourg. He has been a board member of the European Group for Rapid Viral Diagnosis from 1987 to 1996 and was for six years (1996-2002) President of the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses. The author and editor of 14 books in virology and immunochemistry, he has published over 350 scientific papers and reviews. He is Editor-in-Chief of the journals Archives of Virology and Molecular Recognition, and an Executive Editor of Analytical Biochemistry.

For SEDIAG, he is member of the administration and scientific boards and gives his experted advices in diagnostic and plant virology.
